Bishop Dave Roberts
The PNW District has been my home District since 1975. This is my home and where my passion lies. Teresa and I love this District, our greatest passions are building a strong well connected fellowship of believers reaching and discipling the lost. That is our heart. I dream of us becoming one in spirit and mission, a fellowship, a family serving in this end time harvest, starting churches throughout the PNW and adding many ministers. Besides serving as Bishop I serve as a Hospice Chaplain for the past 15 years (yet serving), and Teresa is the Restore Manager for Habitat for Humanity. We are honored to serve our community and our great District of the PNW. Teresa and I are very family oriented, our first responsibility is our faith, then marriage, then our family, then ministry but all are so intertwined. We enjoy camping, spending time with our 2 sons, daughters-in-love, and our 4 grandchildren. I love the outdoors, hiking, 4-wheeling, bow-hunting, Teresa and I both enjoy our electric bikes. Teresa enjoys puzzles and I enjoy landscaping and golf. Teresa is a Bronco’s fan and I’m a Seahawks fan which made for a very interesting Super Bowl in 2013! Go Hawks! We both are fans of whatever sport our Grandchildren are competing in!
Nate is a seasoned 10+ year professional in the field of high-stakes security, formerly serving as an Executive Protection Specialist in Washington and a Law Enforcement Officer in Idaho. He has a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Nate is excited to utilize this knowledge and prior experience as the District Youth Director and apply it toward creating a discipleship program within the PNW where leaders can be identified and students can be mentored for Christ.
Teresa loves the PNW. Raised in the little town of Oroville, WA, and now has Coeur d'Alene, ID as her home. Together in ministry with her husband David in several different areas has never been dull, but always a learning experience and rewarding. There is always challenges but God is always faithful. Teresa is Manager of Habitat for Humanity ReStore, loves it and has worked there almost 13 years. While still working their other jobs, Teresa and her husband David pastored for 30 years and retired from pastoring in 2020. Teresa enjoys the outdoors, biking and camping and puzzles, but her favorite love and past-time is her family. She loves spending time with her family, and especially the grandkids - Silas, Brooke-Lyn, Nicolas & Dominic.
The areas of ministry that I have been involved in are:

Worked in Christian plays as co-director and actor. I have also been on praise teams and prayer teams.
I am currently lead pastor at Celebration Church (formerly Christian Faith Worship Center) in Clarkston, WA and also a strong believer in training and mentoring disciples so they can turn and make disciples.

We started Gateway Church in 2003 and moved to our current location in 2007 where we were ordained through the Pentecostal Church of God. It was then we received the building which is our current location. We have upgraded and made many improvements to our existing building and are currently finishing a new fellowship hall.
Linda and I have been married 55 years and have four adult sons and seven grandchildren.
We have lived in Gig Harbor since 1987, which is just west of Tacoma where the church is located.

Nate and his wife Kristen recently moved back to Post Falls, ID. Kristen has her hands full working remotely for Amazon where she works as an Executive Assistant to several Directors and loves spending her evenings reading a good book. This coming school year Brooke-Lyn will be a Junior, Nic will be a Freshman (prayers will be appreciated as they have two kids in high school), and Dominic will be in the 6th grade.
Nate enjoys spending time with his family and their two lovable chocolate labs, Chip and Dale. While Jesus is his first love, the Kansas City Chiefs, Boston Red Sox, and Seattle Kraken don’t fall far behind.
I have been involved in the ministry in some form, for the past 50 years. Linda & I have been married 52 years and have 3 sons with two involved in ministry. I received Christ into my life at age 6 in Vacation Bible School. Attended International Bible School in San Antonio, TX, graduating with a ministerial diploma in pastoral studies. I received my exhorter license in the PCG in southern California and received my license from the East Texas District of the PCG. I had the privilege to learn from Pastors in the PCG such as Jim Tadlock, Gary Johnson and Lloyd Naten to name a few. In late 2023, I was privileged to have my Ministry License reinstated with the PNW District PCG.
