Bishop Dave Roberts
The PNW District has been my home District since 1975. This is my home and where my passion lies. Teresa and I love this District, our greatest passions are building a strong well connected fellowship of believers reaching and discipling the lost. That is our heart. I dream of us becoming one in spirit and mission, a fellowship, a family serving in this end time harvest, starting churches throughout the PNW and adding many ministers. Besides serving as Bishop I serve as a Hospice Chaplain for the past 14 years (yet serving), and Teresa is the Restore Manager for Habitat for Humanity. We are honored to serve our community and our great District of the PNW. Teresa and I are very family oriented, our first responsibility is our faith, then marriage, then our family, then ministry but all are so intertwined. We enjoy camping, spending time with our 2 sons, daughters-in-love, and our 4 grandchildren. I love the outdoors, hiking, 4-wheeling, bow-hunting, Teresa and I both enjoy our electric bikes. Teresa enjoys puzzles and I enjoy landscaping and golf. Teresa is a Bronco’s fan and I’m a Seahawks fan which made for a very interesting Super Bowl in 2013! Go Hawks! We both are fans of whatever sport our Grandchildren are competing in!

We started Gateway Church in 2003 and moved to our current location in 2007 where we were ordained through the Pentecostal Church of God. It was then we received the building which is our current location. We have upgraded and made many improvements to our existing building and are currently finishing a new fellowship hall.
Linda and I have been married 55 years and have four adult sons and seven grandchildren.
We have lived in Gig Harbor since 1987, which is just west of Tacoma where the church is located.
Born & raised in north central Idaho, Johny Schuster has been a leader from a young age. Just starting his fourth decade in life he has more than 25 years in ministry leadership experience and 14 years leading in various roles of supervision and management in the secular workplace. Johny was born in an independant Christian home and grew up learning about the things of God. He remembers really giving his life over to Christ when he was in junior high during a summer camp. That's when it became not just a family relationship with God but His relationship with God. Johny has lead as a youth pastor for nearly 20 years. In 2021 God called him out of his secular job to work full time in ministry.
